Richard E. Hyman, Executive Director. Diver, photographer and navigator aboard Captain Jacques-Yves Cousteau’s famed ship Calypso. His memoir, FROGMEN, details the four expeditions. 

Katerina Zapfe is a second year masters student at Clemson University. Kat aims to combine fine art and science through outreach programs, education initiatives, and scientific research. Her current work focuses on phylogenomics and diversification dynamics in marine fishes. She enjoys photography, scuba diving, and caring for her ever-growing orchid collection.

Hetal Patel is entering her sophomore year at the University of Southern California, where she is studying Environmental Studies.  She is passionate about conservation and volunteerism, and enjoys traveling and photography. Hetal plans to pursue a career in climate change mitigation.

Caleigh Snyder is an Intern, entering her sophomore year at Fairfield University, where she is studying Marketing. She is passionate about everything that has to do with the ocean, and traveling. She plans to pursue the marketing of sustainable products after college.
